24-HOUR ECONOMY MARKET & COMMERCIAL CENTRE

The Proposed 24-Hour Economy Market & Commercial Centre represents a major step toward supporting Ghana's vision of creating modern commercial infrastructure capable of sustaining round-the-clock economic activity. The project is designed to provide a safe, efficient, and well-planned environment for traders, businesses, service providers, and the general public.

As part of the Government of Ghana's 24-Hour Economy Programme, the development seeks to improve local commerce, create employment opportunities, increase productivity, and promote continuous business operations. Modern market facilities of this nature are expected to strengthen regional trade, enhance access to essential services, and stimulate investment in surrounding communities.

AESL has been engaged to provide professional consultancy services, delivering architectural, engineering, and project management expertise throughout the planning and implementation stages. The design focuses on functionality, sustainability, safety, and efficient movement of both people and goods while incorporating modern facilities to support businesses operating beyond traditional working hours.

The proposed commercial centre is expected to include retail shops, office spaces, warehouses, food courts, banking facilities, parking areas, public conveniences, security installations, and landscaped public spaces. The development will also integrate modern utility infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and user comfort.

Upon completion, the project is expected to become an important commercial hub that supports local economic growth, improves market accessibility, and contributes to the successful implementation of Ghana's national 24-Hour Economy agenda by creating an environment where businesses can operate continuously and generate sustainable employment opportunities.
