ARC. ERNEST-BANNING

~ Mr. Ernest Banning, a Fellow of the Ghana Institute of Architecture (FGIA) and the Chief Execute Officer of Modula Grup, a firm committed to designing affordable housing, commercial, education, hospitality and residential projects. Mr. Banning is also the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Basin Resort, a three star hotel in Kumasi, which has won over seven National and Regional awards since it's inception in 1997. He has over 35 years professional experience in the field of Architecture/Allied professions and Project Planning Consultation. He has been instrumental in the design and construction of some of the nation's finest office/commercial buildings, and a host of private residential and industrial buildings. Mr. Banning is a very optimistic and enthusiastic person, who has a strong passion for achieving quality results in the design and business of architecture. He taught and lectured extensively in the past decade at the Kwame Nkrumah Institute of Science and Technology (KNUST). ~
